libghc-hdbc-odbc-dev software package provides unixODBC HDBC (Haskell Database Connectivity) Driver for GHC, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-hdbc-odbc-dev
libghc-hdbc-odbc-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libghc-hdbc-odbc-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libghc-hdbc-odbc-dev *
You will get with libghc-hdbc-odbc-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
